Medical guidelines recommend genetic testing called chromosomal microarray (CMA) as the first-line test to diagnose potential genetic causes of developmental disabilities, which include autism and intellectual disability. Finding a genetic cause can help guide your child’s medical management and treatment.
***Please note that the Lineagen Care Program provides comprehensive insurance support for genetic testing. If needed, Lineagen has generous financial assistance that many families will qualify for. Learn more at the event!***
