What is your vision for your life? Thinking about your vision for your life is often the first step toward achieving your dreams and goals, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are no different.
Through The Arc Pikes Peak Region’s Building for Change Life Skills Resource Center, we will encourage people of all abilities to uncover their vision for their lives and learn the skills needed to make it a reality. Meet Ricky Armistead, a gentleman who enjoys working at Service Source, making his vision of “independence” a reality. Ricky is passionate about pursuing his dreams!
The world needs more (people) like Ricky in the work force. Plain and simple.” -Blake West, Dungarvin Program Director
We need your help to achieve our vision of creating an inclusive personal development center for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities!
You can donate to The Arc Pikes Peak Region through Indy Give! until December 31, 2019! All proceeds will benefit The Arc PPR’s Building for Change Capital Campaign, and will help people like Ricky to realize their life vision by learning job skills, budgeting, nutrition, and many other skills!
